All prices are in USD. I price for the UK, US, and European market. If your budget is below the starting prices, a discovery call is still worthwhile — scope can often be adjusted without sacrificing what matters most.

A written proposal with specific scope, fixed price, and a realistic timeline. Not a vague estimate.

Weekly updates. You see real progress each week. I ask before deviating from agreed scope.

Delivery and support
Handover with documentation. 30 days of support included on all projects.

Questions
Most of my clients are in the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe. I am based in both Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom. Time zone differences with UK and European clients are minimal. North American clients typically work asynchronously — which works well for development projects.
I take a limited number of projects at a time. Book a discovery call to discuss start dates. Current wait time is usually 2–4 weeks.
Yes. Some of my best projects have been with founders at pre-seed or seed stage who had a clear product idea and needed it built properly from the start. Budget matters less than clarity. If you know what you want and have the budget to build it properly, stage does not disqualify you.
What you want to build, who it is for, roughly when you need it, and your budget range. That is enough to write a useful proposal. You do not need a 50-page spec document. A clear conversation is enough.
Yes. After a project is delivered, some clients prefer to keep me on retainer for ongoing development. Retainers start at $5,000 per month for part-time work.
You work directly with me. Not a project manager who relays information to a junior developer. I write the code, make the architecture decisions, and take responsibility for what ships. For the right project, that is a significant advantage.
Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains are my primary focus — Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, zkSync, Polygon. For Solana, Cosmos, or other non-EVM chains, I would be honest about the current depth of my knowledge there before taking the project.
